My first script will be about smells on the bus. Every odor tells a story. And von Trier would direct because it’ll be a series of ball-up-and-die tragedies.

Code to awaken sleeper cells in the Peacock Apocalypse. Everyone else should stock provisions, find shelter.

nostrich:

This is a video made by Brad Troemel, that is pretty much just a video montage of a number of young girls recording themselves reciting their MySpace account number. You have to do this if someone makes a fake account under your name (steals your photos, etc.) to prove it’s not you and get it deleted.

This video is strange, for various reasons. First off: that these girls are all either revered or hated enough to have someone want to make a fake account of them. Micro-celebrity on a very micro level, I guess. Also: all the girls in the video are remarkably similar: piercings, weird clothes, stylish hair, flattering camera angles (that one’s almost a MySpace trademark), and they’re almost all generically appealing. Do only pretty people get their accounts faked, or do only pretty people care?

can’t wait for the facebook version on blu-ray.

I usually don’t get starstruck, but I’m not going to pretend that meeting Alan Ball didn’t freak my shit out

All this talk about how shitty The Happening is makes it now seem like a must-see event.
